Hot yoga studio LAVA is sharing yoga poses tailored to seasonal concerns as "#RE:START Yoga," with the desire for everyone to start each day anew.
Yoga is a method that can be easily incorporated into daily life, addressing the concerns of a wide range of modern women, regardless of age or body type. Beyond external benefits like shaping up, improving stiff shoulders, and posture, it also offers internal improvements such as regulating the body's environment by improving blood flow and activating internal organs, leading to enhanced concentration, motivation, and relaxation.
Improve Your Gut Health for Radiant Skin: "Gut Activation Yoga"

When gut health deteriorates, it can lead to skin troubles. This pose, by stretching and twisting the abdomen, activates intestinal peristalsis, effectively improving gut health and alleviating abdominal bloating and coldness. Furthermore, stretching the front of the body deeply not only deepens breathing but also fosters a more positive mindset.
① Lie face down with your legs hip-width apart, resting the tops of your feet on the floor. Place your palms beside your chest, keeping your elbows tucked in. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees and rest your forehead on the floor.
② Inhale, press into your hands, and lift your upper body by straightening your elbows. Exhale, relax your shoulders, and lengthen your neck. Repeat exhaling, relaxing your shoulders, and lengthening your neck. Hold for three breaths.
★ Level Up! (Pose in the top image)
Inhale to lengthen your spine, then exhale as you twist your upper body to the right, looking over your shoulder. Hold for three breaths, then inhale to return to center and repeat on the other side.
★ Tip: Keep your shoulders relaxed and your neck long, opening your chest wide. Pressing down through the base of your legs will help you feel a pleasant stretch along the front of your body.

Background: From a young age, she was involved in expressive arts like dance, and began working as a backup dancer for TV and music videos during high school. While performing in theme park shows and parades, she discovered yoga and began her studies.
After working as a freelance instructor at yoga studios in Tokyo, she served as a LAVA Top Instructor for four years. While training other instructors, she also appeared in media and at events, expanding her reach. Her yoga aims to foster a sense of well-being for both mind and body, and she teaches gentle yoga that is easy to incorporate into daily life.
