Outdoor Sauna "GARDEN SAUNA" at the Resort Oasis of the Outdoor Pool

Hotel New Otani (Tokyo) will open an outdoor sauna, "GARDEN SAUNA," for five days only: March 19-21 and March 26-27, 2022, within the resort space of its "GARDEN POOL," a popular spot during the summer. This is a unique sauna experience to be enjoyed in the luxurious setting of a Tokyo hotel.

"GARDEN SAUNA" is a completely private sauna that can be used by up to four people per tent. This year, following the revision of the Chiyoda Ward Public Bathing Law, men and women can enjoy the sauna together, making it perfect for couples and families. Additionally, the hotel's expansive pool, one of the largest in Tokyo, can be used as a cold plunge pool, allowing guests to relax while maintaining ample social distance.

As the sauna is located within the hotel's Japanese garden, which boasts a 400-year history, "GARDEN SAUNA" offers the unique opportunity to stroll through the spring garden while enjoying the cherry blossoms. It would be delightful to admire the 19 varieties and 58 cherry trees, including Yama-zakura, Shidare-zakura, Somei Yoshino, and Yaezakura, blooming across the expansive 10,000-tsubo grounds before your sauna session.
