Conrad Tokyo's "Bay View Pure Wellness Room" achieves a high-quality air environment by adopting the "Pure Wellness Room" program developed by Pure Solutions LLC, based in New York, USA.

Through seven proprietary air purification steps, including high-performance air purifiers, it addresses adhering particles that air purifiers alone cannot remove. It eliminates all viruses, mold, pollen, and particles including PM2.5 that adhere to air, floors, walls, and fabric surfaces, creating a hygienic and reassuring environment.

The seven air purification steps include "sanitization of carpets and interior furnishings using PureClean detergent," "ozone shot cleaning of the entire room to minimize bacteria and mold," "thorough cleaning and treatment of air conditioning systems," and "installation of high-performance air purifiers capable of capturing 99.99 percent of particles down to 0.007 micrometers."
