Hotel Indigo Karuizawa has opened a dog-friendly terrace at its all-day dining restaurant, "KAGARIBI." With an enhanced dog food menu, guests can now enjoy meals together with their beloved dogs.

Hotel Indigo Karuizawa, which opened in February 2022, features "KAGARIBI," an all-day dining restaurant. This restaurant serves wood-fired Italian cuisine, prepared over a hearth using abundant local ingredients from Karuizawa, as well as Shinshu beef and pork.

Now, to allow guests to enjoy meals with their dogs during their Karuizawa trips, a dog-friendly terrace has opened at "KAGARIBI." Simultaneously, three types of dog food menus have been introduced. The offerings include "Chicken Macaroni Cheese," "Slow-Cooked Pork and Chinese Cabbage," and "Grilled Mackerel with Vegetable Dish"—tempting options that even humans might find appealing.

Additionally, during the same hours as the dog-friendly terrace, the "Bonfire Lounge" is being held in the "Forest Garden" on the premises, allowing guests to enjoy meals while appreciating the new greenery and a bonfire. Enjoy the outdoor ambiance with local Shinshu beers and wines, or aperitifs, against the backdrop of the majestic Mount Asama, with the sounds of birdsong and the fresh greenery.
