Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO is set to open in the Hanazono area of Niseko, Hokkaido. This hotel & residence features a design that evokes the warmth of nature, along with various restaurants serving local ingredients and sophisticated bars. The opening is scheduled for Monday, January 20, 2020.

Niseko, one of Japan's premier snow resort destinations. Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO will open in the Hanazono area, renowned as a sanctuary for powder snow.

Guests can enjoy a superior resort stay and activities with panoramic views of the majestic landscapes of Mt. Yotei, affectionately known as Ezo Fuji, and the Niseko mountain range.

The interior design throughout the hotel evokes the warmth of nature, creating spaces that harmonize with Niseko's natural surroundings and welcome guests with a sense of comfort.

There are a total of 100 rooms, including 9 suites. All rooms are 65 square meters or larger, featuring spacious living and dining areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of Mt. Yotei or the Niseko mountain range, delighting guests.

The rooms are adorned with design elements inspired by traditional Japanese houses, such as partitions motifed after shoji screens and bathrooms with deep, Japanese-style bathtubs, showcasing traditional Japanese aesthetics throughout.

Furthermore, the abundant use of wood and stone, traditional Japanese building materials, creates an atmosphere where the rooms themselves seem to coexist with nature. Additionally, the 9 suites are equipped with semi-open-air baths, allowing for private and relaxing bathing experiences.

Of course, there are no compromises when it comes to culinary pursuits.

The hotel will feature Chinese cuisine, robatayaki, teppanyaki, Italian cuisine, a lounge, and a bar. Additionally, a sushi restaurant and a French restaurant by a Michelin-starred chef are planned, offering a comprehensive dining lineup.

Top chefs in each genre will present the finest dishes, using the freshest ingredients nurtured by the land and sea of Hokkaido.
