With stimulating ideas that transcend the conventional framework of a hotel, it offers comfort unique to its location and services tailored to the guest's style, providing a hotel stay experience akin to visiting a friend's home.

Andaz Tokyo, the 12th Andaz property worldwide, will be located on floors 47 through 52 within Toranomon Hills, scheduled to open in the summer of 2014. In addition to 164 guest rooms, the 52nd floor, offering panoramic views of Tokyo, will feature a rooftop bar with an open space—a first for a high-rise hotel in Tokyo—an event space with an outdoor terrace, and a standalone chapel situated at the highest elevation in the city.

The interior design is a collaboration between Tony Chi and Shinichiro Ogata. The space is crafted with an emphasis on the "essence of materials" cherished by the Japanese, focusing on tactile qualities, natural textures, and even scent.

Furthermore, social events such as "Andaz Salons" featuring local creators will be held regularly. Respecting Tokyo's culture and individuality, the aim is to foster a creative community where guests and local residents can connect.

The pre-opening space, established prior to the hotel's launch, is now accepting wedding reservations and hosting Andaz-style events. It offers an early glimpse into the world of Andaz Tokyo, which brings together diverse communities, talents, and elements in stimulating ways.
