Spanning over 3,500 square meters, the "Royal Residence" features five bedrooms. It also boasts a private spa and gym, two private pools, and a private restaurant and bar, all on a magnificent scale.

Breakfast is prepared by a private chef exclusively for guests. Guests can relax in the two private pools, embark on a dolphin cruise from the private deck to spot dolphins leaping through the waves, or enjoy a picnic on the beach, all in complete privacy.

The private restaurant, overlooking the coral reef, is Jumeirah Vittaveli's first Japanese teppanyaki establishment. The chef showcases a variety of dishes using fresh, local ingredients.

The lavish "Royal Residence" can accommodate up to 14 guests. Rates vary by season, starting from $35,000 per night (approximately 3.95 million yen).
