Sound Director: Tatsuo Sunaga

Nurukan Sato is a Japanese restaurant that offers 150 types of sake from breweries nationwide, served at the optimal temperature for each brand, divided into 11 stages, alongside dishes that pair perfectly with sake.

For this collaboration, they have appointed DJ Tatsuo Sunaga, active both domestically and internationally, as the sound director, who will be responsible for selecting the in-store background music for the new branch scheduled to open soon.

Furthermore, a collaboration has been established with the prestigious jazz label 'Blue Note Records.' A compilation CD, 'Sake Jazz,' featuring tracks selected by Sunaga, has been released. The album includes masterpieces such as Horace Silver's 'I've Had a Little Talk' and 'Psychedelic Sally,' and Jackie McLean's 'Formidable.'
