Now opening is 'Lovelace,' which stars the pure-hearted actress Amanda Seyfried as Linda Lovelace, the star of the legendary, massively successful pornographic film 'Deep Throat' (1972) that became a social phenomenon across America.

The film is based on the "legend" of an ordinary girl from a strict Catholic family who became a huge porn star, making her name known worldwide. Beyond the story itself, what garnered buzz in America, where it was released earlier, was the perfectly recreated 1970s American fashion and lifestyle. Among these, Amanda's costumes, exuding both sexiness and charm, garnered significant attention.

These costumes were handled by Karyn Wagner, who has designed costumes for films before. Remarkably, she is also the wife of the world-renowned director Frank Darabont, known for 'The Shawshank Redemption' and 'The Green Mile,' and she also designed costumes for 'The Green Mile.'

To capture the essence of the 1970s, Wagner referenced contemporary magazines, including 'Esquire,' for which Linda herself appeared on the cover. She completed the costumes by adding arrangements that would be accepted even today. Furthermore, by incorporating personal items, she masterfully brought 1970s America back to life on screen.

Amanda's cute looks and Wagner's sophisticated 70s fashion bring 1970s America to life. Whether you lived through that era or not, the costumes in the film will make you feel the atmosphere of that time intimately.
