The pandemic that shook the world has prompted many women to reflect on their "mental and physical health." How can we work while valuing our unique individuality and face our own minds and bodies? What do we need to know and what is necessary to enjoy work and live our own lives?
With these thoughts in mind, MASHING UP will hold the online conference “Women’s Well-being Updates 2021” on Saturday, June 26, 2021.MASHING UP Official WebsiteSpeakers and session details will be released sequentially on the official website.
MASHING UP is a media and community that identifies and discusses social issues from a female perspective.
Starting with the promotion of women's success and diversity, the conference aims to create a space where new dialogues can emerge and networks can be built by mixing (mashing up) different genders, ages, nationalities, occupations, and industries. Furthermore, it aims to foster the creation of new businesses by inviting domestic and international speakers to present sessions that bring new perspectives to individuals, companies, and society.
Services and products supporting women's physical and mental health, which change with age and life stage, are being born one after another, and the idea of understanding women's unique health issues is rapidly spreading.
At “Women’s Well-being Updates 2021,” we will consider the current state of women's well-being from a wide range of perspectives, from the forefront of the 주목able femtech industry to organizational and societal transformation. We will also invite speakers leading their respective fields to deepen discussions on women's mental and physical health.
The event will feature a total of six sessions covering diverse topics related to women's well-being, from the currently trending femtech to mental care, wellness, career, and lifestyle. Additionally, it will include an opening talk by model Sara Kunikida and a special talk by talent RIKACO.

Here are some examples of the planned sessions (titles and content are subject to change):
Wear Your Colors: Enjoy Yourself Wholly, Beyond Labels
The most important thing is to wear what makes you happy, regardless of age or gender. We will share tips on how to find styles that enhance your features and how to create "Zoom-ready" outfits.
Choose Flexibly: Unbreakable Ways of Working, A Gentle Life
Working is living. What perspectives are necessary for everyone to continue working happily? Learn hints for living your life more proactively and flexibly.
For Those Who Tend to Say "I'm Not Good Enough": How to Interact with Your Own Mind
This session addresses imposter syndrome, a psychological tendency where individuals cannot internally affirm their own abilities, and offers lessons on how to interact with your mind to break free from the "difficulty of living" that pervades today's world.
In another session focusing on femtech, we will explore the rapid growth of the femtech industry, which is constantly evolving, and discuss how to approach our bodies in the current era, addressing physical and sexual concerns that are often taboo.
Kunikida, who has an Italian father and a Japanese mother, grew up in France during her childhood. Her values, cultivated through repeated self-dialogue in diverse cultural spheres, are sure to offer perspectives necessary for modern women to live happier and stronger lives.
