RAFEEL Ebisu 24Plus, a fitness club operated by Tokyu Sports Oasis, will launch a new service on Monday, January 10, 2022, offering a working space and sauna every Monday for office workers.

Saunas have gained significant attention, with the term "totonou"—referring to the feeling of mental and physical stability achieved through alternating hot and cold baths and rest—becoming a buzzword. As saunas are known to improve blood circulation, relieve muscle stiffness, and enhance mental stability by training the autonomic nervous system, some companies are even recommending their use to boost work performance.

Against this backdrop, RAFEEL Ebisu 24Plus is launching "Ebisu Monday Work & Sauna," opening its working space and sauna every Monday, a day the fitness club is typically closed. This initiative provides an environment where individuals can focus on their work in a relaxed atmosphere and refresh themselves with a sauna session during breaks. The service is available for individual use, as well as for group bookings (private use) for team meetings and networking.

The working space and sauna will be open from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Individual use is ¥3,850. Private bookings for groups are available for ¥38,500, limited to either all-male or all-female groups of up to 6 or 8 people, respectively. For corporate or group private bookings, customized packages including fitness facility access and program offerings can be arranged upon consultation.

For both individual and group use, the sauna session is 90 minutes, with start times available every 30 minutes from 3:30 PM. The working space can be used for up to 180 minutes before and after the sauna session without a reservation. The usage fee includes a towel set (large and small), a sauna bath towel, and unlimited access to hydrogen-infused water (please bring your own bottle).

Reservations for individual use can be made from two weeks prior to the date of use up to the day itself. Private bookings can be made from three weeks prior to the date of use up to the day itself. Cancellations are free of charge until the day before; however, a 100% usage fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.
