Sang, which has earned one Michelin star for five consecutive years, will open its second "Gourmet Offal" brand, "Yakiniku Horumon Ushigoro," in Ginza on Friday, March 10, 2023, leveraging its experience in handling domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef.
Seasoning and Grilling, Crafted with Utmost Care
Yakiniku Ushigoro, known for its overwhelming 'meat power' that promises post-meal satisfaction, now presents "Yakiniku Horumon Ushigoro," a specialty offal restaurant. Here, you can savor exquisite offal dishes, meticulously prepared from the finest domestic offal, with an experienced eye and skilled knife work. Highlights include "Kiwami no Horumon" (ultimate offal) and various other delicacies such as thinly sliced sashimi, prepared with painstaking care.
Enjoy premium female branded beef offal, such as "Kobe Beef" and "Saga Beef," prepared with carefully selected seasonings and grilling techniques, offering a moving 'offal experience' that defies convention at an exceptional value.
The second branch of "Yakiniku Horumon Ushigoro," which capitalizes on its extensive experience with domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef, is set to open in Ginza, a district renowned for its world-class luxury brands, esteemed long-standing establishments, and acclaimed restaurants.
