bills, the all-day dining restaurant originating from Sydney, Australia, will host "Hanami at bills," a limited-time event offering cherry blossom viewing, at all eight of its domestic locations from Monday, March 14, 2022, to Sunday, April 17, 2022.

As enjoying cherry blossom viewing as usual is difficult due to the pandemic, a welcome event is being held where you can relax indoors, admire the sakura, and enjoy sakura-themed drinks.

For "Hanami at bills," bills transforms into a cherry blossom viewing venue. During the event, cherry blossoms will be displayed in various parts of the restaurant, and two sakura-themed drinks, "Cherry Blossom Soda" and "Cherry Blossom Gin," will be offered. This is bills' first initiative, allowing guests to enjoy spring-like sakura drinks while admiring the blossoms blooming inside.

The two limited-edition sakura drinks were conceived by Bill Granger, bills' restaurateur, to welcome Japan's cherry blossom season.

The "Cherry Blossom Soda" is a sweet and tart, refreshing soda made with a homemade syrup of cherry, plum, and thyme, combined with carbonated water and lemon juice.

The "Cherry Blossom Gin" is an original cocktail made with the homemade syrup, bills' house gin "The Botanist," and the Japanese sake "Toyo Bijin" from Sumikawa Brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
