Limited Edition "Papua New Guinea" Q Certified Coffee, Cultivated in "Earth's Last Paradise" and Meticulously Roasted by Local Artisans
Nespresso has launched a limited edition "Papua New Guinea" for both Original and Vertuo lines, part of its "Master Origins" series, which showcases coffees crafted with exceptional artisanal skill from around the globe.
Aroma of Sweet Fruits and a Taste of Refreshing, Elegant Acidity
Nespresso delivers a "cup of bliss" meticulously crafted by experts, from the cultivation of coffee cherries to the moment of enjoyment. Their popular solution allows for the easy and delicious enjoyment of high-quality coffee, sealed in freshness-preserving aluminum capsules.
The "Master Origins" series, in particular, offers coffees born from artisanal methods unique to each region, in addition to the "single origin" concept of using beans from a single country. The limited edition "Papua New Guinea" uses Arabica coffee beans, cultivated for generations in the fertile soil of the Waghi Valley in the mountainous western region of Papua New Guinea.
This "Papua New Guinea" is a special coffee, which Nespresso calls "Grand Cru," certified as Q by the independent "Coffee Quality Institute (CQI)," distinguishing it as a special grade under global standards. After harvesting the coffee cherries, the beans with pulp are washed under the bright sun in high mountains, rested for two days before drying, and then undergo a long fermentation process before drying... This unique method yields an elegant acidity and an aroma reminiscent of sweet, jam-like fruits.
For roasting, they employ "split roasting," where green beans are roasted separately before blending. A blend of lightly roasted beans, achieved through short, low-temperature roasting, is combined with beans roasted to a deeper level, adding a touch of strength.
This exceptional Q certified coffee, cultivated in Papua New Guinea—often called "Earth's Last Paradise"—and meticulously roasted by local artisans, offers an aroma like strawberries or jam-like sweet fruits, and a taste marked by refreshing, elegant acidity. Savor this exquisite cup at your leisure.
