Much of the Kona coffee, grown in the limited western region of the Big Island, one of the world's most beautiful islands, is carefully cultivated using traditional methods on small family-run farms, with only a small amount produced annually.
Thanks to the warm climate ideal for coffee cultivation, the shade provided by the rich natural environment, and the volcanic soil, the coffee trees grow slowly, developing into ideal coffee cherries. After being carefully hand-picked, they are meticulously selected. Nespresso's coffee experts then roast them, finishing with a medium roast and medium grind to bring out a distinctive aroma while ensuring a robust flavor.
