Blue Note Japan has long been synonymous with the fusion of music and dining, notably with its flagship Blue Note Tokyo, which opened in 1988, and through its various live restaurants, cafes, and dining establishments. This new venture opens in Yebisu Garden Place, a hub for people with diverse values and lifestyles. It's a dining space where food, music, and culture synchronize, offering high-quality live music and DJ sets alongside meals in a relaxed atmosphere, all accessible with a table charge.

The culinary theme is "Modern American." The menu features original dishes that highlight high-quality ingredients, prepared simply and accented with spices and dips. A dedicated stand offers gourmet takeout items. The beverage selection includes carefully chosen natural wines and craft beers, alongside expertly crafted cocktails from the bartenders and an extensive list of over 200 whiskies.

During dinner hours, a variety of live music genres and DJ sets unfold nightly, with different themes each day of the week. Ticketed, paid live events featuring international artists are also held periodically.
