Joël Robuchon's new style café & boutique opened on June 11, 2020, within Toranomon Hills Business Tower. The establishment features a café where one can casually enjoy galettes and sandwiches that embody Joël Robuchon's culinary philosophy, alongside a boutique offering baked goods like madeleines and financiers, as well as bread.

To commemorate the new store opening, the Toranomon Hills location exclusively offers "Tiger Sandwich ~Tandoori Chicken and Grilled Vegetables~," a sandwich featuring tender tandoori chicken prepared using sous-vide and grilled vegetables, nestled within bread inspired by a tiger pattern. Also available is "Pecan Crown," a pastry shaped like a crown, made with a swirl of croissant and almond dough, offering a soft texture and a hint of cinnamon. During lunchtime, the "Lunch Galette" set, featuring a freshly baked galette made with seasonal ingredients and a drink, is also recommended.

This store implements a new service allowing customers to pick up their food with minimal waiting time by reserving 30 minutes prior to their desired pickup time. Customers can order bread, perfect for a quick bite, and baked goods ideal for souvenirs, through Joël Robuchon's first-ever mobile order specialist website.
