“USHIGORO S.” is the premium brand from Sang, which has earned a Michelin star for four consecutive years. Following its Nishi-Azabu and Ginza locations, the third branch, “USHIGORO S. SHINJUKU,” opens on March 18, 2022 (Friday) along Shinjuku Dori.

The Shinjuku branch features 12 private rooms of various sizes, suitable for diverse occasions. In each room, a skilled, dedicated grill master will expertly prepare the finest ingredients.

The meat is sourced from Tamura Farm in Tottori, which rigorously maintains the lineage of Tajima, the origin of Kuroge Wagyu, to continuously raise top-grade Kuroge Wagyu, and from Okazaki Farm in Shiga, which has earned the highest accolades among Omi beef, one of Japan's three great Wagyu breeds. We offer exquisite, rare cuts and Omi beef.
The limited courses at “USHIGORO S. SHINJUKU” allow guests to fully savor world-class Kuroge Wagyu. Additionally, unique dishes such as “Selected lean cuts and foie gras in a monaka wafer, with caviar,” “Nodoguro and selected cuts hand-rolled,” and “Abalone and selected cuts in a clay pot rice” are available.
