Gastronomy Savored Amidst Breathtaking Views: 110 Meters Above Ground with a Six-Story Atrium

The Strings by InterContinental, Tokyo has been undergoing renovations since the spring of 2019. Following the introduction of the hotel's first lounge, "Club InterContinental," and the refurbishment of all guest rooms in September, the final phase of this extensive renovation project culminates with the grand opening of "The Score Dining."
Named "The Score Dining" in parallel with a musical score, the complex houses four distinct venues: the Italian grill "Melodia," the teppanyaki restaurant "Kazane," the café & bar "Rhythmos," and "China Shadow," which carries on the name from the hotel's opening. Overseeing all culinary offerings is Executive Chef Olivier Rodriguez, renowned for his work at numerous acclaimed establishments, promising a diverse gastronomic journey where the "strings" of flavor resonate.

Located 110 meters above ground, "The Score Dining" features a captivating atrium with a 27-meter ceiling and a six-story void, offering a sense of openness. During dinner service, live music enhances the sophisticated ambiance.
At "Rhythmos," the café & bar whose name derives from the Greek word for rhythm, guests can enjoy an elegant and creative afternoon tea crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Takashi Suzuki, alongside expertly mixed cocktails by Head Bartender Tsukasa Takahashi, a recipient of numerous prestigious awards. The venue is designed for versatile use throughout the day.
The Italian grill "Melodia," subtly echoing the space and design of "Rhythmos," features a dynamic open kitchen where chefs showcase their skills. The menu, served from breakfast through dinner, highlights the natural flavors of seasonal ingredients.
"China Shadow," a Chinese restaurant, offers classic Chinese cuisine enhanced with modern ingredients and techniques. Highlights include delicate dim sum courses meticulously prepared by skilled dim sum chefs, and formal dinner options paired with fine wines, making it a compelling culinary destination.
At the teppanyaki restaurant "Kazane," guests can witness the artistry of the chefs up close while savoring premium Japanese beef, alongside the finest ingredients from the mountains and sea. Three distinct teppanyaki courses are available for dinner.
The restaurants at the newly reborn Strings by InterContinental, Tokyo offer a symphony of flavors. We invite you to indulge in the unique tastes presented by each establishment.
