Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, the premier lifestyle hotel from the French Accor Hotels Group, presents "Champagne Garden feat. Moët & Chandon." From Thursday, June 1, 2023, to Thursday, August 31, 2023, a special summer-exclusive plan offering unlimited champagne and wine will be available at the open-air rooftop bar.

The rooftop bar at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, "PLATFORM9," has collaborated for the first time with the world-renowned French champagne house, Moët & Chandon, to create a champagne garden. The offering includes a free-flow plan with three types of champagne and ten wines, as well as a plan that includes food pairings.

The summer-exclusive champagne garden, with its comfortable terrace seating and Moët & Chandon decorations, is marked by elegant white parasols.

A recommended drink is the innovative "Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial," designed to be enjoyed on the rocks. It harmoniously blends fresh citrus notes with tropical fruit aromas, featuring a concentrated fruitiness that remains vibrant even as the ice melts.

The savory food pairings are presented on a visually stunning three-tiered stand, featuring six different dishes. The homemade rillettes are served with "salmon caviar," hailed as the king of roe, and fruit sticks to float in champagne, among other delicate finger foods perfectly suited for Moët & Chandon. The lamb tacos, combining seasonal summer vegetables with lamb, are particularly recommended and pair exceptionally well with the Ice Impérial.

"PLATFORM9," the venue, is conveniently located directly connected to JR Tamachi Station and offers panoramic views of the Tokyo nightscape from the hotel's top floor. The "Champagne Garden feat. Moët & Chandon" is open to guests who are not staying at the hotel. This collaboration with Moët & Chandon promises a luxurious experience, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing evening under the summer sky.
