Conrad Tokyo Presents Three Christmas Cakes and Special Sweets

Conrad Tokyo began accepting reservations for its Christmas cakes and baked goods on Monday, October 26, 2020.

This Year, a "Christmas Assortment" Offers Small Portions of Four Cakes to Enjoy at Once

Conrad Tokyo's Christmas sweets are crafted by a pastry team led by Masateru Okazaki, a pastry chef with experience winning and receiving awards at international confectionery competitions.
This year's lineup features three types of Christmas cakes. Among them are "Noël Fraise," Conrad Tokyo's signature Christmas shortcake, adorned with overflowing berries like "Amaou"; its chocolate version, "Noël Fraise Chocolat"; and the new "Christmas Assortment," allowing guests to enjoy four different cakes, including chocolate and cheesecake, all at once.

In response to the current situation where large parties may be difficult, smaller sizes of "Noël Fraise" and "Noël Fraise Chocolat" have been newly introduced.
The Christmas baked goods include Conrad Tokyo's original "Stollen," characterized by its carefully steeped dried fruits and the aroma of authentic German marzipan; the flavorful Italian Christmas bread, "Panettone"; and this year, a new "Christmas Pound Cake" made with an abundance of brandy-infused Japanese chestnuts. The "Christmas Icing Cookies," handcrafted by the pastry team, also add to the festive atmosphere.
Reservations for Christmas cakes and sweets are accepted via the official website. The reservation period runs until Tuesday, December 22, and pick-up is available from Friday, December 18, to Friday, December 25, until 8:00 PM. However, reservations will close once the sales limit is reached.
