Exquisite Sushi at an Intimate 8-Seat Counter
The 52nd floor of Andaz Tokyo, the hotel within Toranomon Hills, has been reborn. The rooftop bar terrace now features expanded sofa seating, offering breathtaking night views of Tokyo Bay and Odaiba. As Shinichiro Ogata, the designer, describes, it's a space that provides "a sense of openness filled with vibrant energy, alongside a private, personal sense of relaxation," allowing guests to savor unhurried, quality moments.
Venture further into the bar, pass through the noren curtain, and "the SUSHI" appears, reminiscent of a tranquil tea house. With only an 8-seat counter, the interior exudes the atmosphere of an adult's hidden sanctuary. The menu features authentic sushi prepared by skilled chefs using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, offered as omakase or à la carte. Alongside a selection of fine sakes sourced from across Japan, guests can also enjoy original cocktails inspired by the seasonal sushi.
