A Giant Burger, 20cm in Diameter, Appears at Grand Hyatt Tokyo


A giant version of the "Oak Door Burger," one of the signature dishes at "Oak Door," the steakhouse located within Grand Hyatt Tokyo, has arrived! This burger, measuring 20cm in diameter, will be available for a limited time from April 1st (Wednesday) to May 31st (Sunday).

Starring French Fries with Unique Flavors


Oak Door, known for its juicy, fragrant burgers baked in an oak wood oven and its flavorful steaks, has unveiled its spring seasonal menu. Among the offerings, the standout is the colossal burger, a staggering 20cm in diameter.

While the regular size features a 220-gram beef patty and a bun approximately 11cm in diameter, the new giant size boasts a 1-kilogram patty and a bun about 20cm in diameter. You can truly appreciate how much larger and more voluminous this giant version is compared to the standard.

In addition, while the restaurant typically offers a small size with a 130-gram patty and a bun about 8.5cm in diameter, a slider size is also available, featuring a 50-gram patty and a bun approximately 6cm in diameter. These are served in sets of four, perfect for sharing with friends alongside the giant burger.

Furthermore, from April 1st (Wednesday) to May 31st (Sunday), a selection of unique burgers made with gourmet ingredients from around the world will also be available for a limited time. You can savor four distinct global flavors: the "Mexican Burger" with its spicy salsa sauce, the "Lamb Burger" combining lamb patties with Mediterranean tzatziki sauce, the "Deluxe Wagyu Burger" from Japan, and the "Patty Melt," a beloved classic in America.

Adding to the excitement, three types of distinctive French fries will be offered: "Sweet Potato Fries with Curry Ketchup," "Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dressing," and "Old Bay Fries with Crab Aioli." These are not to be missed.

During this season, Oak Door also allows guests to dine on its terrace. Why not enjoy these playful burgers and innovative new dishes al fresco, embracing a picnic-like atmosphere under the open sky?
