Rich Coffee and Food in a Welcoming Space
"Gorilla Coffee" is a coffee shop founded in Brooklyn, New York, in 2002. True to its name and logo, it became a beloved spot for Brooklyn's creative community and locals, growing into a popular shop with long queues within just a few years.
It has established a firm position in New York, a city with countless cafes, even being selected as one of the "Top 5 Delicious Coffees to Drink in NY" by a daily newspaper.
The beans are also carefully selected, with owner Carol making two trips a year to visit the origins and personally procure them. The beans offered in-store and the COLD BREW are also handled by renowned American gourmet grocery stores like "Whole Foods Market" and "Dean & DeLuca," attesting to their high quality.
The interior of the newly opened "Gorilla Coffee Shibuya Store" features a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of Brooklyn. They serve the same coffee as in their home country, made with beans produced through natural methods. In addition to popular cold brew coffee, espresso, and cappuccinos, they also offer pour-over coffee brewed by hand drip.
They also offer about 30 types of original food items with an American taste, such as the Gorilla Dog. While it is a coffee shop, they aim to establish a new style: "Enjoying high-quality coffee and satisfying food, both in taste and presentation, in a comfortable space."
