The Westin Tokyo is pleased to host Chef Alfredo Russo, who earned a Michelin star at the young age of 25. From January 26 (Monday) to February 1 (Sunday), the hotel will present "Alfredo Russo ~A Gastronomic Breeze from Turin~," featuring his innovative cuisine.

Italian Cuisine Fusing Tradition and Innovation in a New Style






Chef Alfredo Russo, who achieved a Michelin star at just 25 years old, hails from the restaurant "Dolce Stil Novo" located within the Reggia di Venaria Reale in Turin, Italy. His innovative cuisine is renowned for its beautiful and delicate execution, skillfully harnessing the unique character of each ingredient while honoring the traditions of Italian cooking.

During this period, a special lunch and dinner course menu will be offered at "The French Room," the hotel's French restaurant located on the top floor. Guests can savor Chef Alfredo Russo's original, light yet profound dishes, which artfully blend the concentrated flavors reminiscent of madeleines with the heritage of traditional Italian cuisine.

Furthermore, a special gala dinner, showcasing the culmination of Chef Russo's culinary artistry, will be held concurrently on January 30 (Friday). This promises to be a rare opportunity to fully appreciate the captivating and inspired cuisine of Chef Russo.
