On Monday, November 24th, Kobe Kitano Hotel will host a special one-night-only course to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Relais & Châteaux, a globally renowned association of hotels and restaurants.

Relais Bernard Loiseau and Kobe Kitano Hotel's Executive Chefs Collaborate
Relais Bernard Loiseau, a celebrated French restaurant that carries on the spirit of Bernard Loiseau, a master chef credited with opening the doors to French cuisine in the 21st century. The "Relais & Châteaux Grand Chefs Culinary Collaboration" features an original menu presented by Patrick Bertron, the executive chef of Relais Bernard Loiseau, and Hiroshi Yamaguchi, the general manager and executive chef of Kobe Kitano Hotel.
Founded in France in 1954, Relais & Châteaux is a globally prestigious association of hotels and restaurants. Chefs Bertron and Yamaguchi, who once worked together under Bernard Loiseau, have nurtured a friendship spanning 22 years. Their culinary creations, embodying the skills and experiences they have cultivated, will be served as the "Relais & Châteaux 60th Anniversary Special Course" alongside Moët & Chandon champagne.
