Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros, a French restaurant, will host a collaboration gala dinner on Monday, November 3rd, inviting Luca Fantin, the executive chef of BVLGARI's restaurant "Il Ristorante," which earned one star in "Michelin Guide Tokyo, Yokohama, Shonan 2014."

Innovative and Elegant Dishes Created by Two Young Chefs
This Italian and French collaboration gala dinner has been organized in conjunction with the event "Italia Fantastica 2014 ~ Wonderful Italy! 2014" currently being held at Hyatt Regency Tokyo.
The dishes prepared by Michel Troisgros, producer of Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros, who has an Italian grandmother, always incorporate an essence of Italy. This is likely due to the "taste of home" that he has been familiar with since childhood.
On this occasion, guests can enjoy a variety of innovative and elegant dishes, a fusion of Luca Fantin's unique Italian creations that stimulate the five senses through food, and the contemporary French cuisine of Guillaume Bracaval, executive chef of Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros, accompanied by wine pairings.
