Michel Troisgros, who oversees the production at Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros, will visit Japan from Sunday, October 19th to Wednesday, October 22nd. To coincide with his visit, a special dinner, limited to two nights, will be held to fully showcase the allure of white truffles.

Limited-Time White Truffle Fair Also Held

Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros is a French restaurant produced by Michel Troisgros, the third-generation owner-chef of Maison Troisgros, which has consistently held three Michelin stars in Roanne, France.

The "Enchanting White Truffle Special Dinner," held on Sunday, October 19th and Tuesday, October 21st to welcome Troisgros to Japan, will feature special dishes generously using rare white truffles from Italy. Guests can savor the sensual aroma of fresh white truffles, which can only be experienced when they are at their peak. Michel Troisgros himself is expected to visit each table.

Furthermore, a "White Truffle Fair" will be held until mid-December. Sliced white truffles will be offered as a topping for lunch and dinner courses, or as an à la carte dish. This is an opportunity to fully enjoy the rich aroma unique to white truffles.
