A Special Dinner Course Offered for One Month Only
Château Restaurant Joël Robuchon, which opened in 1994, will mark its 20th anniversary this October. To commemorate the occasion, a special dinner course will be available for a limited period of one month, from Sunday, November 9th to Tuesday, December 9th.

Awarded Three Stars in the Michelin Guide Tokyo
At Joël Robuchon on the second floor, a special course will be offered, including dishes from the 20th-anniversary gala dinner. Additionally, La Table de Joël Robuchon on the first floor will also present a 20th-anniversary commemorative dinner course. The period for both restaurants will be from Sunday, November 9th to Tuesday, December 9th.
Head Chef Alain Verzeroli commented on the 20th anniversary: "The restaurant Joël Robuchon has continued to evolve over these 20 years. We will continue to propose 'L’experience unique' and offer our guests special moments and experiences."
General Manager Makoto Yamaji shared his heartfelt thoughts on the 20th anniversary: "We have walked alongside Mr. Robuchon with the wish that guests would feel the joy of dining through French culinary culture. We are deeply grateful for your patronage, which has allowed us to continue for 20 years. At this milestone, when a person reaches adulthood, we will continue to provide more mature, Robuchon-exclusive cuisine, service, and dining experiences."
