Particularly eye-catching are the "Silk Hat Chocolate Cake," resembling a silk hat itself, and the "Lemon Tart Raspberry Mousse," inspired by the elegant hats worn by ladies. Alongside these visually delightful sweets are cookies shaped like thoroughbreds, symbolizing the graceful festivities.
