At THE STRINGS OMOTESANDO's "BAR & GRILL DUMBO," a supreme "Christmas Dinner Course" to be savored alongside Omotesando's illuminations will be offered for a limited five days, from Saturday, December 21st to Wednesday, December 25th, 2019.

Foie Gras, Truffles, and Caviar in an Open Space Aglow with Illuminations
"BAR & GRILL DUMBO" is named after the historic district Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass in Brooklyn, New York, nestled between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. The "Christmas Dinner Course," offering supreme cuisine to be enjoyed while gazing at the illuminated zelkova tree-lined street stretching out from the restaurant's interior facing Omotesando's main avenue, will be available for a limited five days during the holiday season.
After a toast with Moët & Chandon, the course begins with "Fig and Foie Gras Terrine," followed by amuse-bouches and appetizers lavishly adorned with the world's three great delicacies, such as "Snow Crab Cannelloni with Caviar" and "Truffle Risotto with Cheese Tuile." The main courses feature a choice of "Lobster Bouillabaisse" or "Grilled Beef Fillet." For dessert, savor a special Christmas dinner woven with signature dishes, including the "Strawberry Mont Blanc" with its sweet and tart aroma of seasonal strawberries, created by THE STRINGS OMOTESANDO's Executive Pastry Chef.
