Featuring a Popular Autumn Ingredient Among Vegetarians in the US

The portobello mushroom, a popular autumn ingredient among vegetarians in the US, serves as the meat substitute. This thick mushroom, approximately 8cm in diameter, is layered with avocado, onion, tomato, and lettuce. Topped with a meltingly soft layer of taleggio cheese, known for its creamy and chewy texture.

The sweet and tart balsamic onion jam harmonizes beautifully with the rich flavor of the taleggio cheese. This healthy vegetable burger offers the juicy satisfaction of the hearty mushroom and the crispness of fresh vegetables.
