The Venue: Paris's Social Hub for Top Executives, “Le Cercle”
French cuisine, built on tradition and innovation, has evolved into a cultural heritage and is now recognized as a World Heritage. This event invites five leading chefs from various regions to rediscover France's proud gastronomic culture.
The venue is “Le Cercle,” a members-only club in the Marais district frequented by top executives. Here, dreamlike dinners by renowned chefs will unfold.
The opening act for this prestigious event's first season is Chef Keisuke Matsushima, owner of “KEISUKE MATSUSHIMA.” Matsushima opened his restaurant in Nice in 2005 at the age of 25. He earned his first Michelin star at 28, becoming the youngest foreigner to do so, and in 2010, he was awarded the French Order of Arts and Letters, the youngest recipient and the first Japanese national. Recognized for these achievements, he was selected as a representative chef of French cuisine.
The other four invited chefs include Mathieu Dupuis-Ballin of the three-Michelin-starred “Maison Troisgros” in Roanne, and Romain Tischenko of the two-Michelin-starred “le Sketch” in London. All are well-known figures in the French culinary world.
Reservations begin on September 1 (Mon). This is a unique opportunity to experience culture through exquisite cuisine. We encourage you to pay attention to this special event organized by France to celebrate its world-renowned gastronomic heritage.
