EAT | A Restaurant to Enjoy Every Time You Visit
9STORIES, First Produce by Ryotaro Muramatsu, Opens in Yoyogi-Uehara
Naked, the creative company behind Tokyo Station's projection mapping, has opened "9STORIES," a deli & restaurant produced for the first time by its representative, Ryotaro Muramatsu, in Yoyogi-Uehara.

Cuisine Supervised by Tomohiro Maruyama, Owner Chef of Maison Cinq Cent Cinq
The interior, designed by Naked, creates a sophisticated space with a sense of "extraordinary within the ordinary," reminiscent of a resort. With the concept of "World Fusion Experience," it aims to be a showcase space where various elements such as food, projection mapping, interior design, and music blend together.
The cuisine is supervised by Tomohiro Maruyama, owner chef of the popular bistro "Maison Cinq Cent Cinq." Coffee is supervised by Sarutahiko Coffee, a highly acclaimed specialty coffee shop.
From deli takeout to events, parties, and catering, it offers a wide range of experiences without being confined to a single genre.
For example, the cuisine, themed "I want to eat it every day. I want to drink it every day," features natural dishes that can be safely enjoyed by everyone from children to grandparents. While incorporating French culinary techniques and combinations that are fresh to the Japanese palate, it offers multinational fusion cuisine centered on Japanese and ethnic flavors.
Furthermore, by changing the theme and evolving the space and cuisine with each season, guests can enjoy a new experience every time they visit.
Muramatsu expresses his ambition: "9STORIES is a 'place' that condenses my idea of creating 'experiences.' We will be continuously unveiling Naked's latest works here, so I hope people will enjoy it as a space where they can feel new art in their daily lives."
