The restaurant is located on the third floor of the Nano・Universe Tokyo store. A takeaway stand for the boulangerie is also set up next to the first-floor apparel shop, transforming the Tokyo store into a lifestyle complex. By applying the branding expertise cultivated as a fashion select shop to the food and beverage business, they aim for further brand enhancement.

The interior design, with its concept of "a cozy, special space," creates an atmosphere that follows the European traditional worldview of the select shop. The restaurant seats approximately 50 guests, and a large multi-monitor featuring 4K displays is installed on the walls. The restrooms are equipped with a faucet-integrated hand dryer that dries hands without leaving the sink after washing. It is a store where classic aesthetics merge with the latest technology.

Of course, the taste is also pursued with authentic quality, featuring a chef who trained at a three-star Italian restaurant and a baker with 15 years of experience in bakery and pastry production. The menu centers on Italian cuisine, primarily pasta, with courses ranging from 3,500 to 8,000 yen. They offer a lineup of over 100 types of wine, as well as light meals and sweets. On the first floor, you can get takeaway artisanal bread, smoothies, and Mariage Frères teas.
