A One-Night "Swiss Night" Collaboration Gala Dinner
Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros will host a "Swiss Night" collaboration gala dinner on May 23rd (Friday), welcoming Paolo Basso, the Swiss representative who won the 14th A.S.I. Best Sommelier of the World competition held in Tokyo last year, along with six Swiss wine producers.

Special Tasting Session with Paolo Basso
This year marks the 150th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Switzerland and Japan, celebrated with a variety of events. Michel Troisgros, producer at Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros, has deep ties to Switzerland, having worked in his youth at the legendary three-Michelin-starred restaurant "Frédy Girardet" near Lausanne.
With these connections, a one-night feast featuring Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros, the world's best sommelier, and Swiss wines has been realized. Mr. Troisgros himself will be on hand to greet guests.
Prior to the gala dinner, a special tasting session led by Paolo Basso will be held. Guests can sample the Swiss wines to be served during the meal while listening to explanations from the world's best sommelier.
Following this, guests will savor a special course created by Guillaume Bracaval, the executive chef at Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros, who is also knowledgeable about wine, paired with Swiss wines. It promises to be an evening to fully enjoy the marriage of rare Swiss wines and an exceptional dinner.
