Dishes Perfectly Paired with Select Wines and Sake
“Houkkori Ryori outi” is conveniently located just a minute's walk from Todoroki Station. This restaurant, a true "second home," prepares vegetables grown organically or with minimal pesticides – so fresh they can be eaten raw – with natural seasonings, allowing guests to savor their pure flavors.
Chef Nakajima Saeko's dishes draw out the natural umami of the ingredients, creating perfect pairings with drinks. The selection includes affordably priced natural wines and carefully chosen, artisanal sake. For soft drinks, they offer 100% juice from "Kagayaki," a citrus fruit known as the "phantom citrus."
The interior, predominantly white, offers a relaxed and unpretentious space. The cuisine relies on the natural flavors of the ingredients, without the use of chemical seasonings. It's a daily dining spot perfect for families and friends, or even for a solo visit.
