This spring, "Ruby Jack's Steakhouse & Bar," a classic steakhouse with a novel style, has opened in the South Tower of Akasaka's Ark Hills. As a sister establishment to the popular Omotesando restaurant "TWO ROOMS GRILL | BAR," it brings a vibrant new space to Tokyo's dining scene with its unwavering standards in ambiance and cuisine.

Dishes That Maximize the Flavor of Meat
"Ruby Jack's Steakhouse & Bar" is the latest venture from ECN Holdings, the company behind "TWO ROOMS GRILL | BAR" and the supper club "R2 SUPPERCLUB" in Roppongi. It is located on the second floor of the Ark Hills South Tower in Akasaka.
The name Ruby Jack's is inspired by the names of the director's grandparents, Ruby and Jack. Just like them, the restaurant aims to share universal joy and allow guests to purely savor life's special moments.
The menu features dishes that draw out the maximum flavor of carefully selected ingredients from around the world, prepared with simple techniques. The interior, a blend of classic steakhouse tradition and modern flair, offers 60 seats in the main dining room, 14 in private dining rooms, and 14 at the bar. Additionally, a terrace, a glass-enclosed meat locker, a wine cellar, an open kitchen, and a horseshoe-shaped bar contribute to the sophisticated atmosphere.
This steakhouse, with its spacious and refined ambiance, is suited for any occasion. It promises to be a gathering place for cosmopolitan diners who appreciate fine food.
