Portland-Style Cuisine Using Japanese Organic Vegetables

Portland, a city that draws creators from around the globe, is known as a center for sustainable lifestyles, including organic food and DIY culture. Stacy Givens, a farmer and chef who runs the organic farm "The Side Yard Farm & Kitchen" in Portland, will visit Japan for a food event.

Stacy began her culinary career at the age of 15. Captivated by Portland's food culture, she moved there in 2006. Since then, she has been cultivating organic vegetables and sharing the essence of Portland's food scene through "Seed to Plate" initiatives, including farm experiences and cooking events using local ingredients.

At the event, dishes will be served in a Portland style, utilizing Japanese organic vegetables. Additionally, expect Portland-inspired cocktails and beers, along with photo exhibitions and product sales.
