Bar Rendez-vous, located immediately to the left upon entering the "Restaurant I" entrance, has reopened as a "Champagne& Caviar Bar" for a limited period until December 28 (Saturday). Enjoy premium champagne and caviar as an aperitif before your meal.—Why not indulge in such a luxurious moment?

Offering Precious "Brut Champagne"
The menu features a set of Ranku de Caviar and one glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut for ¥7,800, perfect for complementing your pre-meal moments. Each can also be ordered individually (Ranku de Caviar ¥6,500, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut glass ¥2,000). The bar can be used solely for drinks, and orders other than champagne are also possible. However, the bar will be closed from December 21 (Saturday) to 25 (Wednesday).
The champagne offered this time is the Grand Brut from "Perrier-Jouët," an artistic champagne with over 200 years of tradition. When sweet champagnes were the norm, Perrier-Jouët was the first champagne house to produce a brut (dry) in 1846. Since then, Grand Brut has carried on the innovative spirit of this pioneering maison. This is a champagne that cherishes that legacy.
Its characteristics include a brilliant, luminous color with delicate, effervescent bubbles. Bringing it close to the nose, a fleeting floral aroma is followed by a refreshing scent of green apple. Upon tasting, a balance of mellowness and elegance harmonizes within its substantial body. Its fruity yet complex flavor invites the drinker into an elegant and pleasant state of mind.
