Thoroughly Enhancing Our Unique Safety Standards, "Hiramatsu Standards"

The Hiramatsu Group has strengthened its unique safety standards, "Hiramatsu Standards," by adding "installation of humidifiers" and "wearing of protective eyewear (dust and splash goggles)" to its implementation items. We aim to provide a more secure and safe environment for you to enjoy our cuisine.

Newly Implemented: "Installation of Humidifiers" and "Wearing of Protective Eyewear (Dust and Splash Goggles)"

The Hiramatsu Group operates 27 restaurants and cafes, and 6 hotels nationwide.
In response to the impact of the novel coronavirus, the company established its unique safety standards, "Hiramatsu Standards," in May of this year. These standards emphasize three key aspects—"hygiene management," "social distancing," and "ventilation"—to ensure guests can enjoy dining at Hiramatsu restaurants and hotels with peace of mind.
Within each of these aspects, detailed protocols are established for the environment in which guests are welcomed and for employee conduct. These are implemented across all Hiramatsu businesses, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and weddings.
The "Hiramatsu Standards" have now been further updated to include the implementation of "installation of humidifiers" and "wearing of protective eyewear (dust and splash goggles)" when interacting with guests.
While continuing existing measures such as basic hygiene management including hand washing, gargling, and disinfection, regular ventilation, and the installation of acrylic partitions as needed, the company will continue to evolve by making improvements based on the situation.
