Chanel and Alain Ducasse collaborate to present a special Christmas menu at "Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo," a Ginza restaurant where one can experience the French esprit. The menu will be available from December 19 (Thursday) to December 26 (Thursday).

A New Year's Eve Dinner from Monaco, Served Early!
Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo is located on the top floor of the Chanel Ginza Building. This year's special Christmas dinner will feature a course served at "Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris," Alain Ducasse's flagship restaurant in Monaco, for their festive New Year's Eve dinner, "Le Réveillon." This exclusive menu will be available in Tokyo ahead of the new year.
The menu showcases premium French ingredients such as poulard (fattened hen) and black truffle, alongside seasonal Japanese delicacies like scallops and grouper. Chef Keiji Kojima masterfully crafts these luxurious ingredients from France and Japan into a spectacular dinner to celebrate the holy night.
For dessert, a special creation featuring chocolates from "Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse Manufacture à Paris," which are not yet available in Japan, will be served. This special menu is also offered for lunch.
