Stroll, a coffee shop that opened this June in a residential area nestled between Zoshigaya and Waseda. The shop, run by an owner/barista who honed their skills at popular coffee spots like BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR COFFEE KIOSK, is bustling daily with customers seeking coffee and hot dogs. Today, we'd like to introduce the shop's original items.

Two months since its opening, Stroll is focusing on original items, starting with its "Coffee Syrup" and "Lemonade Syrup."

The "Coffee Syrup" is characterized by a spiciness reminiscent of chai, blending dark-roast coffee with cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. Enjoy a cafe au lait with ease by mixing the syrup and milk in a 1:5 ratio. A small drizzle over vanilla ice cream also adds a rich flavor.

For the "Lemonade Syrup," the origin of the lemons varies by season, but currently, pesticide-free lemons from Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, are used. When mixed with cold water or carbonated water (in a 1:5 ratio), you can enjoy a refreshing taste and the full essence of the lemon. Adding it to iced tea or beer is also recommended.
