Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is hosting "Simply Scandinavian Festival." Experience Scandinavian cuisine curated by Michelin-starred chef John Sayan Isaksson. The event runs until Saturday, May 18, 2019.

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel has invited Michelin-starred chef John Sayan Isaksson to present the "Simply Scandinavian Festival."

Hailing from Sweden, he excels in Scandinavian cuisine fused with influences from Japan and France. His restaurant "Esperanto" earned a Michelin star in 2007, garnering him global acclaim.







During this festival, the hotel's buffet restaurant "Grand Cafe" will offer a buffet menu and a special ladies' lunch course. Additionally, the teppanyaki restaurant "Maihama Teppanyaki+" will feature a special dinner course, and there will be a gala dinner in the banquet hall, among other restaurant events.

Furthermore, the event will be enhanced by the presence of a quartet led by Ulf Johansson Wedin, a renowned Swedish jazz pianist, trombonist, vocalist, and composer, who will perform at cocktail concerts and in the lobby.

The festival concludes on May 18, 2019. It's an event brimming with Scandinavian charm.
