A culinary lineup that captures the essence of the season
As early summer temperatures gradually rise, Andaz Tokyo offers an extensive selection of special food menus.
At The Tavern - Grill & Lounge, the main dining room, a special dinner menu, the "Okinawa Dinner Set," allows guests to savor Okinawan ingredients prepared in the Andaz style.
Enjoy Kunigami's kuruma prawn and mangrove crab cocktail, paired with a refreshing green papaya gazpacho and the exquisite salinity of sea grapes. The main dish, Kibi-maru pork raised on sugarcane and purple sweet potato, is prepared using three different cuts, each with its ideal cooking method to fully bring out the ingredient's natural quality.
The course concludes with a dessert of fresh, sweet-and-sour pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, offering a distinct taste of Okinawa.
Additionally, in the lounge area, the popular afternoon tea features a "Melon Afternoon Tea" lavishly incorporating seasonal melon. The crispyパートブリック (part-baked pastry) parcel, filled with melon, offers a perfect balance of the fruit's sweetness and the savory notes of jambon blanc. Indulge in sweets that highlight the fragrant melon, including shortcake and jelly, and even scones infused with melon pulp.
At the Pastry Shop on the 1st floor, you can also purchase sweets made with abundant amounts of melon. The signature Sweet Jar combines coconut mousse with a jelly packed with red and yellow melon pulp, allowing you to fully savor the sweetness of coconut and the refreshing juiciness of melon.
Also on the 1st floor, BeBu introduces a burger that lets you fully enjoy the fresh, seasonal asparagus.
Crisp asparagus is diced and mixed into the patty, then topped with slices of asparagus. The addition of avocado purée and shiso mayonnaise creates a mild yet refreshing flavor profile.
The Rooftop Bar offers "Sparkling Ice Cocktails," perfect for summer.
Using "carbonated ice," which is currently gaining attention, these cocktails offer a light, effervescent sensation as the ice dissolves. A selection of refreshing and crisp cocktails, including Tiki cocktails and Mojitos, are available.

AO Spa & Club offers a lavender and mint body treatment, recommended for revitalizing the mind and body during the rainy season.
After a foot scrub, enjoy a full-body massage enveloped in the calming aroma of lavender. The treatment incorporates stretching techniques to relax muscles and promote blood circulation, thereby balancing the entire body.
Following the massage, a cool-down is provided with an aloe vera pack blended with mint, accompanied by a head massage. It promises a blissful experience that brings peace to both mind and body.
