Free-Flow Drinks, Including 5 Original Cocktails

The popular "Conrad Aperitivo" at "Twenty Eight," Conrad Tokyo's bar and lounge located on the 28th floor with a soaring 8-meter ceiling and panoramic city views, has been refreshed.

The "Conrad Aperitivo" features free-flow drinks and eight types of bite-sized amuse-bouches. The revamped menu presents dishes from different regions compared to the previous offering.

Discover a diverse array of unique flavors and textures, from Salmorejo with Serrano ham, a specialty of Andalusia, Spain, to zesty edamame dip with yuzu, Ceviche, a staple of Peruvian cuisine, and peppery Pepper Chicken, originating from East Africa.

The cocktail selection has also been inspired by the countries featured in the amuse-bouches, with a new collection of limited-edition creations. Highlights include "Sudachi Spanish," a blend of Spain's signature sherry "Tio Pepe" and Japanese sudachi lime; "Pisco Sour," a refreshing Peruvian classic made with pisco; and "Emerald Cooler," inspired by the Mediterranean's emerald waters. These five original cocktails, along with the classic Gin Tonic, Moscow Mule, and Rob Roy, make a total of eight choices.

Additionally, free-flow options include sparkling wine, beer, red wine, white wine, and soft drinks.
