At "Kanton Cuisine Daiba Rouran," a restaurant within Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, a limited-time "Winter's Luxury: Shrimp and Crab Dinner" allows guests to savor seasonal shrimp and crab in exquisite courses.

Two courses are prepared, featuring an abundance of winter's seasonal shrimp and crab. Indulge in luxurious flavors and a memorable experience.

Savor dishes steeped in Rouran's tradition, such as "Snow Crab with Black Bean Sauce in a Bird's Nest," where blanched snow crab is tossed in a black bean sauce and enjoyed with a nest of crispy potato shreds, or "Fried Kadayif-Wrapped Crab Claw," featuring plump crab claws encased in Middle Eastern kadayif pastry for a unique textural contrast.

The menu also includes dishes like braised shark fin, showcasing a variety of plates that luxuriously utilize seasonal ingredients with creative flair. The courses are structured to balance the bold cooking techniques characteristic of Cantonese cuisine with delicate artistry.
