Hyatt Regency Tokyo Presents 'A Dream Feast of Three Chefs: Ochiai, Son, and Nakajima'



Hyatt Regency Tokyo will host 'A Dream Feast of Three Chefs: Ochiai, Son, and Nakajima' on Friday, March 22nd, starting at 7:00 PM. This event brings together Italian chef Tsutomu Ochiai, Chinese chef Cheng Shun Sun, and Hyatt Regency Tokyo's Japanese cuisine advisor Sadaharu Nakajima to create a single full course menu spanning Italian, Chinese, and Japanese culinary traditions.

The event features Tsutomu Ochiai, owner of the renowned Italian restaurant 'La Bettola da Ochiai' and a recipient of a decoration from the Italian President for his achievements; Cheng Shun Sun, who at 25 became the highest-ranked Chinese chef, 'Special Grade Chef,' and now leads as owner-chef at Chinese fine dining establishment 'Son'; and Sadaharu Nakajima, the esteemed Japanese cuisine advisor at Hyatt Regency Tokyo and proprietor of 'Shinjuku Kappo Nakajima.' This dream collaboration, bringing together three of Japan's leading chefs, familiar to many from the NHK program 'Asaichi,' is now a reality.


On the day, guests can savor exquisite dishes that capture the essence of spring, such as Sun's 'Marinated Squid and Nanohana with Mustard' and Nakajima's 'Sagochi and Citrus Hakata.'


Attendees will also witness the chefs preparing dishes in perfect harmony, with opportunities for interaction. This promises a dining experience far beyond a typical restaurant visit.


This event, where a portion of the proceeds will be donated to support the reconstruction efforts following the Great East Japan Earthquake, offers a unique chance to indulge in the culinary artistry of three celebrated chefs. It's an occasion to fully savor the creations of these culinary titans, available only at this special time.
