Chef Iizuka Presents a Special Menu, Showcasing His Full Culinary Prowess

Chef Ryutaro Iizuka, who trained for many years under French culinary master Joël Robuchon and served as chef at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, leading it to two Michelin stars, opened Restaurant Ryuzu in February 2011. The restaurant was named with the aspiration to be like the crown of a watch – a subtle yet essential component – offering meticulously crafted dishes to be savored slowly.

The restaurant quickly gained acclaim for its light, innovative cuisine that challenged conventional French gastronomy, and its delicate, beautiful plating, earning one Michelin star in 2011. This year, it was awarded two stars for its "exceptionally delicious cuisine that is worth a detour."




To celebrate Ryuzu's second anniversary, Chef Iizuka has prepared a gala dinner featuring a special menu, representing the culmination of his efforts over the past year. We invite you to fully enjoy the dishes created for this special evening, born from the utmost respect for each seasonal ingredient, and to celebrate this new milestone in an exquisite setting.
