Conrad Tokyo's "Weekend Chef's Brunch"
Conrad Tokyo, located in Shiodome near Ginza and offering panoramic views of Hamarikyu Gardens, Rainbow Bridge, and Tokyo Bay, has launched its "Weekend Chef's Brunch," available exclusively on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

The "Weekend Chef's Brunch" offers a brunch experience in an extraordinary setting that feels like being abroad. The menu includes power salads, egg dishes, main courses, a bakery selection, desserts, and even a kids' plate for families to enjoy together.
The hotel's signature power salads are a variety of nutrient-rich dishes that provide vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, and protein all at once. The "Kale and Quinoa Salad" is a nutritious salad with raspberries, feta cheese, pecans, and prosciutto, dressed with an acai vinaigrette.
Egg dishes range from the latest recipes to traditional home cooking, pairing perfectly with the hotel's freshly baked bakery selection. The popular Eggs Benedict is a stylish dish featuring a soft-boiled poached egg and hollandaise sauce drizzled over cake salé, a French pound cake. Other unique options include the classic "Brioche Croque Madame," the Italian-style omelet "Frittata Margherita," and the Mexican home-style dish "Huevos Rancheros," a light stew of tortillas and eggs in a spicy salsa.
Choose from main courses such as "Oven-baked Domestic Pork Loin," "Roasted Fuji Highland Chicken Breast," "Poached Sea Bass," and "Grilled Swordfish," all prepared with a focus on freshness and quality ingredients. Conclude your meal with a chef's dessert platter to savor the lingering flavors.
